The information is sent from your website or the third party lead provider. You get the source of the lead, the customer's name, and the vehicle information (Year, Make, and Model). This is the same information that is sent directly to your CRM.

Yes. We provide unlimited call recording. However, some states require 2-party consent. You can either have your staff inform the customer or our system will automatically whisper to them. The following states require 2-party consent.
